Our Billboard

Forget you, and your blog too!
I know, I know.  I haven't posted in a long while and here I am with this cheap-arse posting of our Billboard. I promise, I will not forget you, forget you I will not.  Cee Lo says it best:
Yeah i’m sorry, i can’t afford a ferrari,But that don’t mean i can’t get you there.I guess he’s an xbox and i’m more atari,But the way you play your game ain’t fair.
The weeks are flying by, and our Billboard is changing.  Some nice stories to follow...

Our Billboard

It is hard to imagine a better ad to come home to after our road-trip than one for Royal Car Insurance.  The design is not very exciting, true, but it fits. Plus it is better than the Will + Kate ads all over town, at least for me.

Is Ben Aflac still in movies?
Car insurance in Europe?  Why?  Oh yea, because tailgating at 160km is normal.  My wife had to remind me to back off and that I was not European.  I told her it was in the blood.  The need for speed, especially in kilometers, is contagious.  I still need to figure out what that gesture was (man in white van, not a good thing I don't think).

Standing bet that we will receive three tickets in the mail.  Wife reckons two.  "Was that lightening," she asked me one night in France.  "No, that was the french po-po taking a picture of our license plate.  Crap."

I figured out the gesture.

Our Billboard

I liked the last one better.  Bloody hell, I liked the tax one better.  This is just boring.  I'm having second thoughts of continuing down this path...really puts the bored in billboard.  Bang!

Wait to shoot for the moon, sky!
Enjoying my cousin's first visit to London - promise to have bigger and better posts next week!

Our Billboard

Does the billboard on our outer apartment wall tell us anything about ourselves?  When we first moved in, the ad was for a tax preparation firm.  Was it a coincidence that we both happened to have bean counting on our resumes?

What does the last ad tell us?  I think they update the billboard every month - and I hope to make "Our Billboard" the first recurring column on eD.

Off to the kitchen to make Zuni Roasted Chicken.  Sunday Fun-Day is making this Monday a very difficult one to get through.  Alas, I leave you with the first installment of Our Billboard:

Nicole Sherzinger, better than taxes?
